In Total Submission...

I was so amazed when His love came DOWN,

A robe was tied to His beautiful GOWN;

On His head, he wore a CROWN,

He said to those in the village and TOWN,

Beloved, “at sin you must FROWN.”

Now I can say His message was PERFECT

In my life, I can see and feel the EFFECT

As I travel on life’s road, He preserves in all ASPECT

I can boldly say I am God’s ELECT

All doubt and disappointment in my life He does EJECT…

When I was cold that it made me SNEEZE

I remembered to go down on my KNEES

His gentle touch made me be at EASE

I was calm cos my worries He made to CEASE

My hands He held gently and gave a playful SQUEEZE…

In total submission, I wish to SAY,

God’s love abounds day by DAY;

In Christ’s name, I’ve learned to PRAY,

Lovely cheers, happiness, joy, I’ll always SPRAY;

Eternal riches coming to me come what MAY.
